Welcome to the National Charity League, Inc.
Whittier Chapter
The National Charity League, Inc. is a mother-daughter organization dedicated to serving the local community of each chapter while fostering strong mother-daughter relationships with our 7th to 12th grade daughters. Our hope is to provide valuable support to local philanthropies, while instilling in our daughters a sense of responsibility to our community that will perpetuate a lifetime of service.
National Charity League, Inc. has a National Council Board of Directors, which represents the organization’s five regions. Currently, there are over 125 National Charity League chapters throughout the United States. Most chapters include 200-300 members (mothers and daughters combined) for a total involvement of over 25,000 members.

The mission of the National Charity League, Inc. is to foster mother-daughter relationships in a philanthropic organization committed to community service, leadership development and cultural experiences.

Philanthropy Financial Support
The National Charity League - Whittier Chapter host the Wish Upon a Star benefit with the sole purpose of raising money to help support the community efforts of the philanthropies listed above.
College Scholarship Program
The National Charity League - Whittier Chapter offers college scholarships to high school seniors girls from our community. Applicants are evaluated based on their demonstrated commitment to community service, academic achievement and financial need. Scholarships are not offered to members of NCL.
